They communicate a lot to remind about appointments. They’re fairly easy to find. Initially I thought the staff were a little rude, but they were just very Brooklyn and were ultimately helpful. I had an appointment on top of many other people, so the wait was long and it made it difficult for me since I hadn’t eaten. I also thought the doctor could be a little more disability inclusive, particularly with ADHD and ASD. I wasn’t prepared for all the lights in my eyes and I was confused by some of the questions. I just have to go back in again for something, but it wasn’t scheduled correctly and I don’t fully understand what it is. Otherwise, she’s very nice. They have limited selection of frames if you’re on Medicaid, but they did give me my prescription so I can get back up glasses online. Transition lenses cost extra, which is unfortunate when you can’t see in the sun without them.

They were not able to give me correct information on my insurance coverage and I ended up having to use my medical coverage, which has never happened before.

The doctor is rude and ignorant, she doesn’t even greet her patients, sits with angry face and says nothing when you come in.
So disappointed by this visit.

I didn’t feel rushed as many doctors make you feel. She takes a holistic approach as well as medical. I will continue to come here and highly recommend. The rest of the staff was just as helpful and friendly.

I have been shopping at Couture Optical for years and they always provide great service. They have a wide selection of classic and modern, even funky eyewear which I love at reasonable prices. They really take there time to make sure that the frames look good on you and that you are satisfied. Overall great optical in Brooklyn.

Came to these guys by accident and now I will never go anywhere else. They helped me with picking glasses that I just love!!! Doc is very nice and knowledgeable. She knows her stuff. She did full exam not like in other places 1,2,3 and you out. Absolutely love this place. A+++

This place has a very nice selection of glasses and a expansive collection of brands. The people working there are very helpful and will work with you to find you a pair of glasses that you're going to love. Dr. Maya Filshtinskaya is very personable and attentive.

Pretty good customer service and they are always attentive to people browsing or looking to purchase frames. I can't speak for all experiences, but they were very warm and welcoming. They have late doctor hours on Wednesday and Friday which is great for people like me always rushing from work. Good service. Thank you.
