Dr. Depenbusch was very nice and a great doctor! I appreciate his service!! Thank you!
Dr Depenbusch was very friendly and efficient. I didn’t wait long to see him and he was able to help me. The staff was helpful and organized.
Fantastic! I am still in the office. Dr. And entire crew are A+++
Top notch from the doctors to the facility itself.
What a pleasant office!! I was able to be scheduled immediately, everyone from the schedule desk, assistant, payment desk, Doctor Depenbusch, EVERYTHING was excellent! I did end up being referred to a specialist at the Mayo. If I could enter 10 stars - that would be my recommendation.
I’d go back for all ophthalmological needs
The front desk staff was unorganized and unapologetic for the inconveninces caused by their disorganization. The doctor was condescending and just plain rude. Even ghe office manager was cold and curt when I checked out. The only redeeming quality of this office was the assistant who performed all the tests. She was wonderful, caring and kind. I would never return to this office.
Excellent experience. Very thorough
DR. Depenbush was very nice and calm with explaining to me what was wrong. Other than the wait and the front desk staff I highly recommend seeing him maybe of you have the first available apt. Seems like they really are used to long waits even had a sign in the waiting room if you are waiting more than 30 mins to speak to receptionist.
I liked him. Easy to talk to and efficient. His assistant (Jason) was great too! Jason spent more time with me doing the preliminary tests before the doctor came in. He was very easy to talk to, was patient with me and answered most of my questions that he could. A few questions he couldn't answer because they were questions for the doctor.
Jason and Dr Depenbusch were top notch.
The doctor and the staff were highly professional and friendly. I was very pleased with my care.
Been using Dr. Depenbusch for years with no complaints. Thx
Very professional and detailed. Took extra time and care to make sure my visit and diagnosis was accurate. Staff all friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
Things were explained in detailed. He took time with us.
I saw Dr. Depenbusch for an irritated right eye. He was very thorough and answered all my questions. I would recommend him to everyone. He even gave me prescription samples so that saved me some money.
Waited 45 minutes to be seen by the doctor. I tried to explain my problematic eye history and got interrupted constantly. When he vaguely mentioned the condition he was going to treat me for I asked why he thought it was that and not other things, as I like to be an INFORMED PARTICIPANT in my medical care. He was extremely condescending and I left still not understanding. I am going elsewhere for a second opinion or at least to a doctor who will explain what is going on. The rest of his staff was very nice.
Super nice guy! However, he did not take my insurance and kindly let me know before I had to pay out of pocket.
He and his staff members were quite pleasant considering the big mess Obamacare has created for these professionals. Quite a refreshing change from the dour grumpy attitudes of my previous doctors who also were my wife's previous doctors when they had to turn their family owned business over to the affordable care act henchmen. Everyone was pleasant from the front desk to the back offices!
Office could use an update. I only saw 2 other patients while I was there. Receptionist was efficient, tech was friendly and thorough. Saw Dr. Depenbusch for just a few minutes to confirm the info I had provided. He was personable, but I left not knowing any more than when I started. He sells natural products from EVOA.
It was good. I was able to come in as a new patient, on the same day that I called.
