Provider very patient oriented. Great bedside manner and communication with patient.
There was no contact with Office Personnel. The Provider spoke the insurance information into his phone to someone. He quoted me one price and my card was charged another I never received the email receipt. I need a detailed receipt for verification and insurance purposes.
Overall the Provider and the procedure went Well, so far Toe still norm.

Dr Frazier is awesome. He is a one man show-call me back, did my eval and my procedure, and closed out my bill. My plantar fasciitis has been acting up. He gave me a much needed injection! My foot don’t hurt anymore!

The Dr was knowledgeable and knew what to do to address my problem. His determination and solution to the problem were quick. I was told to be there 15 minutes before the appointment. I waited 45 minutes to see the doctor. That was a little excessive.
