When scheduling an appointment, the front and billing staff require complete and detailed information regarding the reason for your visit and insurance policy. If an appointment is scheduled with incomplete data, and we are unable to reach you, the appointment will be cancelled.
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment, bring an Identification, your physical Insurance Card & a method of payment for copay or coinsurance. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel this appointment if any of the above is not provided at the time of service.

Dr. Curtis has 24 years of experience in the field of women's health; in private practice, as a hospitalist, as a consultant physician for numerous organizations. She has been an associated professor at UT Houston Health Center.
She was been awarded several honors all related to the improvement of women's health, office based safety programs and healthy communities.
She has published in many journals and all her publications and papers are available upon request.

My appointment was at 1045, but I didn’t get seen until 1230. It was busy, but I wish they would’ve told me ahead of time, instead of having me waiting there. I probably came on the wrong day, but hopefully they’ll work on getting patients in on time. The doctor herself was very nice and answered a lot of questions.
