About Dr. Michele Germain
Dr. Germain is an OB/GYN at the Elmhurst medical office. She is a graduate of the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine of New York Institute of Technology and completed her internship and residency programs at St. Vincent’s Hospital and Medical Center of New York. I’ll never go back, I received test results and was never called by my doctor. I was the one that had to reach out multiple times and still have yet to hear back from them. Urgent care is more thorough and helpful than this.

I asked about birth control options for a woman over 40 and was told I was too old to get pregnant and if I did, I would miscarry anyways. I know I am in the upper 40's but I think that was a very insensitive answer and it may not apply to EVERYONE.
My concerns were dismissed. I feel that the office visit was brief. I spent more time waiting than I spoke with her. It was less than 10 minutes. They had a billable visit and I felt that, that was their concerns.
She is pleasant but, I can't see myself going back.

I had an overall OK experience. I felt as if the visit and examination was rushed. I went home after the exam and had some discomfort due to the examination.

Don't get me wrong she was pleasant to talk to you but as for the examination and the time spent in her presence was rushed, like she had other place to be didn't even tell me when to come back to see her. I am going back to my original gyno. Swing her was a waste of time and transport. If I knew she was under advantage care. I would cancel ahead of time.
