He earned his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from Chittagong Medical College and Hospital. He completed his residency in Family and Community Medicine at Texas Tech University in Odessa, then worked at Medical Center Hospital in Odessa as a hospitalist. Dr. Azad currently resides in the Dallas area with his wife, two children, and a pet bird. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and exploring natural wonders in nature.

The place seemed clean but extremely hot. Two girls were running around taking tests for me. It wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t my favorite place. I also wasn’t seen by the doctor I had booked the appointment with.

Unfortunately, just moments before my appointment began, I was informed by the nurse that I would not be seeing Dr. Mohamed as scheduled, but someone else instead. This was both unexpected and unacceptable, as patients have the right to choose their healthcare provider—especially when there is a valid reason for doing so.
It is concerning that I was not informed in advance about this change. Clear communication is essential, and I believe I should have been notified and given the option to reschedule or approve the change ahead of time.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously, and that future appointments are handled with the transparency and respect patients deserve.
