About Dr. Nancy Burt

Dr. Burt grew up in Omaha, NE. She received her first degree in Medical Technology from the University of Nebraska and worked in research in the Pathology, Pharmacology and Biochemistry departments. She then received a degree in education and taught a home-bound student as well as doing some substitute teaching. She then went to medical school followed by a Neurology Residency at the University of NE Medical Center. She has been a Neurologist since 1999, focusing her neurology practice on dizziness and headaches most of that time in Texas. She moved with her family to San Antonio January 2011. When not at work, she can be found spending time with her children and grandchildren.
