I think that despite the wait time, it is well worth the time to wait for her. She is great! She has excellent bedside manner, very attentive and intuitive. She takes her time with you, does not rush to move on to the next patient, ensures that you fully understand everything and more importantly listens. Many doctors do not really listen to their patients and I love that she does and takes the time to address all of your concerns. In my opinion she is the meaning of a real doctor and what all doctors should be like.
She's very caring and nice. The nurse practitioner who sometimes fills in for her is not . I believe his name is Eric. He doesn't have s good bedside manner.
I really loved her bedside manor, but I had to wait a little over two hours before I saw her. Had scheduled appt at 10am didn't see her til 12:15pm. The set-up is very unorganized but her staff were very nice, just unorganized. I felt comfortable and thought I would come back to her but then I get a call from my pharmacy with 6 different meds from her (which she didn't mention any of the drugs, or D/C my old meds, or how to take them). EKG wasn't working (very old equipment). I really wish I could go back but too many important things went wrong. Also my f/u appt was never booked in the system.
the staff is not professional and I think that it is terrible that you make an apt and have to sit there for 10 hours ....not good would never recommend here to anyone ............
She is very gentle and informative. I made her my primary doctor right away. She shows a genuine concern for your issues and makes you feel like you're in the right hands.
She seems very patio nate about her job and I felt very comfortable around her. I've been looking for a doctor with who I can feel comfortable, a doctor that I can express what I feel and get results and I think I've found her.
It is worth the wait. The doctor is very attentive and professional. She provides excellent service and does not rush you in or out.
Dr. Natalya and her staff were very professional and courteous , and made me feel welcomed, unlike the other physician offices in the Bronx. That I visited in the past. I have been trying to find answers for my symptoms for 2 years and all of my concerns were met in one visit! Pinch me if I'm dreaming! Based on my past experiences with physicians, I was shy going in, but I immediately felt so welcomed that I didn't want to leave! Every staff member was knowledgeable of their job and how to care for patients. They were very helpful and provided much needed advice. I know I repeated myself, but I actually felt like a patient and not a bother! I have a follow up appointment at their location on Matthews Ave. Hopefully Dr.Natalya s' staff there are as courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend her professional services to a friend!
I really love Dr. Rodionova and her crew. I will recommend her clinic anytime.
The wait was ridiculous! Spent 3 hours in the office for an annual physical and a lot of the testings performed were with out dated methods and old equipment. The office gave an impression of being disorganized and no follow up attempts were ever made. Dr. Rodionova was thorough and expected complete tests which was good.
Dr. Rodionova is a very caring doctor however the office is in poor condition and very outdated.
i changed her n i'm happy.
Best service I've received in a while the staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional. Will definitely return and recommend to others.
The staff is very nice, and very respectful.
She was very nice and listen to my problemI am very grateful and I do appreciate it
Horrible. Both locations in the Bronx had unsanitary exam rooms. I had subsequent visits aft r the first on until I realized they were all about the money! One of the MAs put in vitals of me she hadn't taken because "I was as healthy". My insurance was billed even though I showed up to the office and was not seen by the staff and doctor . The staff are very unprofessional and chatty. No hand sanitizers around.
Great doctors visit. Best experience I can think of.
I have only been to a few doctors, must rushed me out. I was really given a proper full exam of my symtoms. Great place.
The visit is excellent and rewarding as the Doctor and the staff are very accommodating. My experience with clinic is excellent especially when I had several times that I didn't feel good. They are caring and give attention to patients' needs.
The place was awful the people there were unprofessional the staff spent more time talking then working would not return there again waist of my time was given multiple prescription and some didn't even know why I was given then terrible experience
The staff are very attendant and professional and the Dr. Very professional also , will recommend it to all my friends and family .
It was an interesting experience. I went in as a new patient with pink eye. Staff and nurses super nice. Natal ya was very attentive and took time to review my results of Ekg, blood pressure and hearing test, which is procedure for new patients. The only negative is that it smells like pee and parts of the house smelled like cigarette smoke. I was seen in what would be the kitchen of the house. I would recommend an upgrade. Still the staff was really nice. Wait time not so great but I have had worst.
It was a good visit. The doctor including the staff are very cooperative.
very very long wait, the staff is all over the place, the office is a mess, equipment is old. just terrible all together. the front desk never heard about this website so i had to fill out all the paper work again at the office i don't even think they saw me on their schedule because i booked my appointment on zocdoc ,but the medical assistants and trainees know a lot and i left the office with satisfaction i guess thats all that matters
she was very nice and caring .
Her staff is uneducated and very rude.
She's very compassionate..... She's an overall great doctor. I highly recommend her..
Her team is wonderful
Dr. Rodionova is extremely attentive and cares about her patients. She is worth the wait! Try to come on a weekday when it is less busy.
She is so respectful and thorough, so are her staff. She will make sure she goes above and beyond to find out what is wrong with you and she gives very accurate and thorough diagnosis and treatments. I highly recommend her services.
I have made Dr. Rodionova my primary care doctor. From my very first visit she has treated me with respect and her concern for my health as an individual blew me away. If something ever hurt by the end of the visit or my follow up visit I would know why it hurt, what made it hurt, how to fix the hurt and then she would double check so it won't hurt again! Her entire staff is absolutely amazing! Thank you Dr. Rodionova for treating me as a human first and whatever my illness is second.
my wait time on a wednesday morning was atrocious. i had the entire day off but i did have something i needed to be at by a specific time so i set my appointment TWO hours in advance. Had i known it would take an hour and a half to be seen i'd have booked earlier. While the doctor herself had a great demeanor and listened as we went over my medical history and current concerns, i was bothered that some of my test were left to med students (and possible a nurse prac?) to conduct. On any other day, i would be fine with helping them learn in a practical manner, but i STRESSED I had to leave by a certain time to make my next appointment and they seemed really (too)laid back about it all. Id think we were done, then they are pulling out another test so the student can learn how to do XYZ and they kept telling me each test would "only take five mins" i wound up there a good hour after i was finally seen. The doctor was gone by the time they were done with me so hardly had a chance to ask about the SIX prescriptions she'd written me! She seems nice, I would like to return, but Id prefer to not be handed off to ppl who were so dismissive of my concerns.
I had a pleasant experience with Dr. Rodionova. She seems to really care and that a great quality!
They asked why I starve myself, I'm naturally thin, all my family is. I though that was rude and unprofessional. Also they prescribed three different pain medications before I saw the nerve doctor, one which was Lyrica. I'm 25 I don't think I have nerve damage. When I asked which one I should take, the reply was "Take which one works" You're a doctor how do you prescribe 3 pain meds (one of which is a schedule V drug) without getting the full diagnosis. And shouldn't you know which one I should take? Never going back their again.
Excellent service and made me feel very comfortable.
Honestly based on the outside of the office i was a little skeptical as to what i had gotten myself into. The practice is run out of a home and although it can use a little updating i can honestly say this was the best doctor i have gone to. The wait was not long and all assistants are professional, personal and thorough. Dr. Rodionova explained everything she was doing and why she was doing it, which i really appreciated. She had a very calming manner that assures you she is on your side with any concerns that you have. She has multiple practices and seems to balance her work load very efficiently being that she seems to be knowledgeable in every area. She addressed all of my medical concerns along. I would highly recommend her.
Excellent doctor .. Very thorough...caring ... Kind.. Erik is very very good as well... He is excellent.
Excellent service by the doctor and all her support staff.
Very informative. Gave me recommendations on how to handle my physical health concerns.
My visit with Dr Natalya Rodionava went very well... she's a great caring Dr
I like that she shows she really cares about your health. Not rushing. Asks a lot of questions. It was my first time, but I do plan to return for my follow up visit with her in two weeks.
She is great, her office manager on the other hand terrible... I have had too many bad experiences with her.
I wasn't greeted when i arrived for my appointment. I had been sitting there for over 30 minutes before I went to the counter and asked for new patient paperwork. I over heard two employees speaking of one of their patients having an STD, they were talking and laughing with eachother about it at the front desk. Very unprofessional.
The only thing that I did not like, is too much time waiting for the appointment.
Will continue to see for therapy. Very nice do not make appt for sat waited 2 hours to see doc. Nurse is not very nice
In her profile picture it looks as if she's a woman around the fortys but she was a very elderly woman. She works out of a house, not even a clinic . In her profile it says she speaks spanish which is why I chose her but she hardly understood me . That made it very difficult for me to communicate with her . She couldn't help me at all with my problem.
She was great and attentive to my medical needs. Have been going for followup physical therapy appointments and the staff has been very accommodating. Wait time is a bit long.
She is very nice and caring but even if u make an appointment they will take care of you by the time you arrive. She goes to her office in Queens every two weeks so if u need to see her you would have to wait. Plus they always misspell something on the bill and the lab bill will send the patient the bill instead of the insurance for lack of info they provided. Not very satify.
Excellent estoi muy contento de Haber elegido a la doctors Natalya
It was pleasant office was clean staff was knowledgeable an curtious
I seen the Doc back in 2012. The receptionist was OK but the service from her staff, particularly Jamil ah was phenomenal. I kept returning for her paraffin massage therapy. The docs always provided necessary meds and info concerning my condition.
Dr. Rodionova put me at ease right away. Excellent bedside manner. I hadn't been to a doctor for several years and was very anxious. Extremely thorough and the office staff is very friendly too.
Great doctor and great staff.. Will return in the future..
She was very professional, great bedside manner. I really felt comfortable with her even tho it was my first visit.I had a lot done in the time I was there. It was the most thorough physical exam I had ever had.Her staff was also friendly, knowledgable and professional. I called my friend as soon as I left the office to tell her how great the Doctor was.
It was one of the best doctor appointment I have had. It was quick and thorough. The doctor was very professional and asked the right questions.
I didn't really like the doctor's office. The wait time was a lot. The place wasn't very sightly, and I wasn't sure of the cleanliness. There were only screens, not walls, separating the examination rooms, so I could hear other patients' conversations. All of the staff does not speak English clearly. The doctor herself was pretty nice, and they offered extra services than what I went there for.
