After arriving 45 min early, I waited 10 min past my appointment time to be seen. The actual appointment with the Dr was very quick and it felt a little rushed, like she made no attempt to be holistic about my health issue but rather did a quick test and got me out. I was disappointed I hadn’t booked with someone more experienced and plan to schedule with a different physician at the same practice next time.

My visit was seamless from start to finish. Dr. Rich was a gem and calmed my nerves and talked me through all my questions and offered insight into more. The lab techs who drew my blood and performed my mammogram were also incredibly kind and gentle. I’ve never felt so comfortable at the doctor’s office.

I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Rich. She made me feel comfortable and truly took the time to listen to all of my concerns. She was kind, patient, and thorough in her explanations. I never felt rushed or dismissed and she helped ease my anxiety with her calm and compassionate approach. I left my appointment feeling informed and reassured. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and supportive OBGYN!

Dr. Rich is warm, welcoming and helpful. The practice, the front desk staff was rude and impervious to the patients and both of the receptionists were rude and clueless. The office is dated and smelled bad; especially the bathrooms. The practice is extremely busy and overwhelming. I loved Dr. Rich but not certain of this practice. TBD.
