I went for a contact lens exam, wrote it down in the details, and when I got there, I filled out the forms and said I was looking for a contact lens exam. After billing my insurance, and after they gave me the exam, they told me they didn't do contact lens exams.

The doctor and staff are friendly, but there was no management. I had to wait one hour for my reports. Then, after checking so many times, they told me that the doctor will send me by tonight. Then I called two times, the staff promised me to provide the report and call me back, but they never called me. It was not a good experience, honestly.
I also paid a big amount for a medical examination, I don’t know if it was not covering my Medicaid or not.

A quick google search led me to Dr.Harooni. He took me on short notice for an eye emergency. He immediately knew what was wrong and reassured me that everything would be okay. The moment I met Dr. Harooni, it was clear that I was in caring hands. He is extremely kind and professional. I will only be going to Dr. Harooni from now on. Thank you!

Dr. Harooni has great reviews so maybe I had an off experience but I personally felt like he just wanted to be done with me. No enthusiasm or smiles at all, he just got the job done. He wasn’t mean, but he wasn’t nice. He seemed completely disinterested any time I spoke. Ultimately, I got the vision test/corrected prescription I needed but I’m not interested in returning. The salesmen are PUSHY and it took me fifteen minutes to leave because I had to justify why I didn’t want to buy new glasses or get my lenses replaced right that second for hundreds of dollars that I wasn’t prepared to spend that day and wasn’t willing to say it rudely. Lastly, they didn’t want to give me my prescription so I would have to come back to them for my new lenses and I had to push for that as well. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

Dr. Harooni genuinely cares for his patients, he addresses all of your concerns and questions. It was a wonderful and thorough experience— highly recommend! Looking forward to seeing Dr. Harooni for my yearly eye exams.

Had a very good experience (1st time]. Very friendly staff and neat place Dr. Nate is very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend him and the only issue I had was I wished I knew about this place sooner!
