The Dr. bedside manner was unprofessional very rude about how she needs to start from scratch due to me not knowing my previous Rx. Otherwise the front staff friendly and helpful I did have to wait on the Dr. for over 45 mins.

The doctor was pleasant and seemed competent . I was not aware this appointment request for Visionworks had been hijacked by ZovDoc until the morning of the appointment. I chose to go to the appointment as it obviously was my mistake and Scheduling and not paying attention to the emails. However, the assistant was rude condescending and didn’t seem to care about the patient. She asked me the same question three times to which I answered my answer is not going to change. Do you get it? She literally was rude enough that my husband got up and left and she really didn’t seem to care. I would never recommend this Office because of her.
