My approach to care is collaborative, compassionate and strength-focused. I believe meaningful therapy begins with a trusting relationship where clients feel safe, respected and understood. I work to identify and build upon the strengths individuals already possess while helping them navigate life challenges, transitions and emotional concerns. Together, we focus on developing insight, resilience and coping strategies that support healing, growth and an improved quality of life, even during difficult seasons.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know one another and creating a comfortable, supportive space for you. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping to gain and any concerns or questions you may have. I’ll also explain the therapy process and what you can expect moving forward. There is no pressure to share more than you feel ready to - we will move at a pace that feels right for you, with the goal of helping you feel heard, supported and hopeful from the start.
