Dr. Hyland earned a Bachelor of Science in biochemistry at Temple University. She then matriculated at Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University, graduating with a Doctor of Medicine degree in 2019. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, where she served as Administrative Chief Resident and received awards for excellence in Obstetrics from the Society for Maternal Fetal Medicine and in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery from AAGL and SLS.

Dr. Hyland was so informative, gentle, and personable with me as a new patient. She took the time to explain each part of the visit and exam and answered all of my questions. Did not feel rushed and she has the best bedside manner and was so knowledgable. I'm so glad to have found her :)
