You're not gonna get any request met unless they do more billable appointments. In short I have to see the pcp who did not want to fill out a DMV exemption form for me. Only to get referred to an opthomologist. Who in turn will also bill me. Not fill out the form I need. Then return to PCP, to probably again not get my form filled out. All while charging me for test that I am not requesting. This is what's wrong with doctors in America today. No services unless they can bill you for extra services you don't even want. She even said she doesn't have all day? First impressions. Find a people friendly PCP/ This ain't it. Wouldn't even give me precise info on referrals. She said google it. That is as unprofessional as you can get. She even wanted to up the dosage on my Metformin from previous doctor without seeing lab results or anything 1st. What's up with that? Didn't even give me a doctors note for my uniform pants that harm my testicles all day everyday.

I never was seen by the doctor. I was asked if I had a primary doctor which I don’t. The doctor I seen a handful of times is on sabbatical but is not my primary doctor. The front staff was very pleasant and respectful but the assistant when bringing me into the office asked about my primary doctor which I said I don’t have one and I see different doctors all the time and she said this isn’t urgent care which was very rude of her. She left the room and another assistant came to see me and said something about my insurance having an issue because I don’t have a primary doctor in which I got angry and said forget it I’ll leave I was refunded my copay and left. Horrible by the assistants. Never had any issue seeing any family doctor and my insurance even said they have no clue why he said that to me. Never again and would never recommend.
