I needed a new doctor and the office got me an appointment within the week for a new patient consult. The front office staff was so nice. The MA/ nurse Esteffi was so kind and thorough when taking my history. She made me feel so comfortable. The entire staff is amazing. Dr. Colon-Mercado did the most thorough evaluation and created a thorough treatment plan that worked for me. Shen had a sense of urgency and compassion that I so desperately needed. Also, the surgery center was clean and welcoming. This office is worth the drive wherever you live. Thank you so much. -Tina Baptiste
