This is the second time that I went to see Dr. Panagiotis Karageorgiou, OD. There has always been a wait to be seen, but the actual examination is super fast. He's very attentive and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions/ concerns. I also appreciate that he wastes no time and provides the care that you come for.

The office did not open until 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment and the doctor never showed up. I waited until an hour and 20 minutes past my appointment time before I had to leave. I've never once had a Dr.'s office not be open at the time of my appointment and the staff didn't say anything explaining why that happened or that the doctor was not in and would be late.
I don't know what was going on, but it was definitely the worst experience I have ever head at a doctor's office.

When an assistant was attempting to screen my eyes OD entered abruptly to check somebody else’s pictures. No alert . Cut me off right before taking a sit. On the other hand in the front desk, the receptionist asked if my name was really my name…
