About Dr. Paris Payton

Dr. Payton is originally from Cleveland, OH and completed her undergraduate education at John Carroll University. She obtained her Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine degree from Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine, and then went on to complete her three-year surgical residency training at St. Vincent Charity Medical Center in Cleveland, OH. Dr. Payton soon thereafter relocated to Atlanta, GA to practice. She is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine, and she treats a wide array of lower extremity conditions with both conservative and surgical care. Dr. Payton is excited to serve the greater Atlanta area, and she is committed to helping her patients rise above foot pain with comfortable, convenient, and affordable treatment options.

I had a white spot on my toenail and the doctor, instead of offering to do a fungus test, suggested me immediately buy ointment from their office and apply it on it. I said that I wanted to do a test before treatment and wanted a prescription. I got the impression that the doctor doesn’t want to figure out what’s going on, but wants to sell you ointment.

Dr. Paris provided great insight and recommendations on how to manage my situation at home. She recommended Physical Therapy and provided literature on exercises that I can do to control the problem as part of my daily routine. She was attentive and patient. I will recommend and visit again.

Dr. Payton was a very clear communicator. the office was relaxed. The office agent and NP were very helpful. Regardless of the circumstance in which I had to be seen by the Dr., it was a good experience while even knowing that I may have to have surgery.
