About Dr. Patrick Slovonic

Dr. Patrick Slovonic is a graduate of Texas Chiropractic College. Prior to attending chiropractic school, he completed his BS degree in Athletic Training at Slippery Rock University in PA and worked for UPMC in Pittsburgh for 3 years treating high school athletes as a Certified Athletic Trainer. Growing up, Dr. Slovonic participated in several sports throughout high school and college including wrestling, swimming, tennis, golf, and ultimate frisbee. He has always been interested in sports and learning more about how athletes recover to reach peak performance. As an Athletic Trainer, he became inspired to become a Chiropractic Physician after experiencing first-hand the drastic effects of chiropractic care on his athletes resulting in his constant referrals to a local Chiropractor. He is inspired to combine his knowledge and experience as an Athletic Trainer with the tools and expertise of his Chiropractic education to provide the highest quality of care to athletes of all ages. Dr. Slovonic and his wife, Amber, live in Waxhaw. His wife works in Fort Mill School district as a Behavior Interventionist. Together they like to go on hikes, go to the beach, and spend time with their families.
