Paul G. Middleton, O.D was born in Brady, Texas and graduated from Texas A&M University, College Station, Texas, with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology. Dr. Middleton completed his clinical externships at Moody Air Force Base in Valdosta, Georgia and at the Eyecare and Surgery Center of North Texas in Dallas, Texas. He earned his Doctor of Optometry degree at the University of Houston, Houston, Texas. Dr. Middleton enjoys all aspects of optometry, but he maintains particular interest in pediatric vision, anterior segment pathology, and contact lens fittings. Dr. Middleton is also extensively trained in preoperative and postoperative management of cataract and refractive surgery patients, including all types of intraocular lenses as well as LASIK procedures. Dr. Middleton is married to Jennifer and is the proud father of two daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, running, cycling, and watching Texas Aggie football.

Vision center within the office prices were 50% higher than other vision centers . I never had to pay for Doctors fees were always covered under Medicare and supplement plans this office would not take the insurance.

The Doctor and Staff were great. Very friendly and clear with their communication. However, the processing times are just very slow. Be prepared to spend a while after the doctor completes his assessment.

I had a great experience in this doctor’s office, I’m new to Texas so when I went on the website and I saw his friendly facial expression I thought it would be a good match for me. And, I’m glad I did. I will certainly be returning to this facility for my follow ups. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable with the eye wear and insurance coverage. And, a very clean office
