Maintaining my physical appearance as I encounter the aging process is challenging. I arrived at my appointment with a list of issues. I have been searching for a dermatologist who would provide me with solutions. I was pleased to learn Dr. Wallace has created a line of skin care products and treatments that were formulated for my unique skin tone. I will recommend Wallace of Beverly Hills to my family and friends. The service was excellent. I'm Smiling...Thank You Dr. Wallace!

It was a nice visit. Not too long a wait. Very professional service. I did not like that I had to pay for valet parking with no validation. $9! For less than an hour. Max is $18. One guy found 1 hour parking but had to go and move his car. Otherwise, he was professional and genuinely wanted to help. I will be back.

The visit itself went well. Everyone in the office was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Wallace ended up prescribing me a treatment and sent me on my way. When I went to my pharmacy to pick it up, no one from Dr. Wallace's office had called in the prescription and when I called their office to see what was taking so long, they were already closed and their answering machine was full. FULL. They had been closed for 15 minutes and their mailbox was already full which tells me they had been negligent about checking their messages and getting back to patients. The office is now closed for the weekend so I won't be able to get my prescription filled until Monday, which gives 2 more days for my condition to worsen. I would not recommend this office to anyone. So unprofessional!

I arrived at his Beverly Hills office and valets parked my car immediately. The building was very clean and organized. Dr. Paul Wallace's front office assistants were very courteous and attended to me right away. Dr. Wallace saw me within 30 minutes of my arrival, and was very patience in explaining several possibilities effecting my skin. At the end of the consultation, he recommended two separate treatments to combat my problem that I felt comfortable with. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants a Doctor who takes the time to educate his patients during the diagnosing. I had a great experience! Oh, did I forget to mention that the office staff was great too! Go here, you want be disappointed!

Dr. Wallace is a no-nonsense doctor. He is very straightforward, but in the kindest way possible. His staff is really, really lovely! I came from a different doctor that I was extremely unsatisfied with, and Dr. Wallace is the complete opposite! He took the time to explain everything to me and answer my questions, and he's realistic in the sense that he expects the patient to do their part to improve their health. No excuses! I will never go to a different Derm again!

Doctor was very easy going and knowledgeable. Understood my issue right away and was able to help me. Bit of a wait to see him but that's probably expected since my appointment was for later in the day. I would definitely recommend this doctor.

This is easily the most knowledgeable dermatologist I've ever spoken to. He was extremely articulate and explained the physiological interactions of my medical issues and the medications we're using to treat them. Never once treated me like a dumb patient!

Didn't give much attention to what I said I thought was the problem. Barely looked at the affected area. Prescribed me some gel and it didn't work at all.

I can't speak highly enough of Dr. Wallace and his staff. They are very helpful, very professional, very diligent, my favorite doctor I've ever had to see. They quickly diagnosed my issue and provided multiple options for treatment, they appealed my insurance when they wouldn't cover a medication and have done so much leg work on my behalf. I cannot thank them enough.

I had a very positive experience. I walked in feeling insecure and hopeless regarding my skin but after speaking with Dr. Wallace and his staff, I felt much better & hopeful about my skin getting better. He was caring and straightforward with his communication regarding my skin. I really liked that he took time to acknowledge every patient that came in the office when he had time; he knew most by first name. Highly recommed.

Didn't listen to my issue and then after I told him I didn't want a certain type of medication and he agreed, he prescribed it but by a name I didn't recognize until I had already used it and it made my issue much worse.

Dr Wallace is extremely knowledgeable about skin care, maintenance, and problems. He has a "down home" approach while maintaining the utmost professionalism. His products are very effective and affordable. Considering the quantity used and the quality; I would say he's undercharging. I was overall impressed even though this was a my first visit. Lastly, I am seeing pretty quick results with the fade cream.

Office staff was somewhat unprofessional. While I waited to see the doctor, they let in friends to casually chat with the doctor in his office about personal topics (non-work and non-medical). Also, when paying the co-pay, the receptionist kept my credit card for over 30 minutes, instead of simply swiping it and handing it back to me, which struck me as weird. Moreover, I saw the doctor on a Friday, and the doctor gave me 2 days worth of samples of a medication he wanted to prescribe me. He told me to call him on Monday so he can call in the prescription to my drug store, instead of simply calling in the prescription on Friday. Well, I used the medication as told over the weekend, finished the samples on Mondy, and called their office 6 times on Monday to get the prescription called in. They never answered the phone, but I left voicemails. The pharmacy does not have the prescription. On Tuesday, I also called the office and left voicemails, but have not heard anything. After all this, I was left with a bad taste in my mouth about this office.
