Our mental health shapes our physical health and vise versa. Understanding this relationship truly shapes the care of a primary care provider and a patient. Tell us a little bit about yourself. What do you like to do in your spare time? In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and being a girl dad. I have two daughters under 10 years old that shape the father that I am. I enjoy spending time outdoors and taking care of my lawn. I like traveling and embarking on new adventures.
