Dr. Prathyusha Savjani is a board-certified adult and pediatric allergist and immunologist practicing in Houston Heights, where she is committed to delivering allergy and immunology care the way it should be—rooted in science, guided by experience, and personalized for each patient. She combines over a decade of clinical expertise with a passion for evidence-based medicine, ensuring every recommendation is grounded in the latest research and best practices.

She earned her degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and her medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Allergy & Immunology at Tulane School of Medicine in New Orleans. She has cared for diverse patient populations across New Orleans, Manhattan, and Houston since earning her medical degree in 2011.
Her clinical interests include pediatric food allergy, asthma, allergic rhinitis, eczema, sinus disease, urticaria, angioedema, anaphylaxis, immune deficiency, and much more. Disregarded my concerns. Closed minded. Did not possess ability to investigate beyond her limited knowledge. My children and were previously seen at this facility by Dr. Moore, Dr. Somerville and Mr. Garza over the last 17 years. Wonderful experiences with aforementioned providers. Dr. Savjani does not exemplify the same level of quality of patient care as other providers at the same facility.

Dr. Savjani is nice but I'm really disappointed with the appointment procedure. I booked the allergy testing on Zocdoc and arrived 15 min early. 50 min after my scheduled time I finally saw Dr. Savjani. Then I was informed that I can't do the testing today because of their busy schedule. Well, after I came back home, I booked the second allergy testing through Zocdoc and I received the phone call which said I couldn't schedule the allergy testing online. What a waste of time!
