About Dr. Preston Summerhays

Preston Summerhays, O.D. received his Doctor of Optometry from The Ohio State University in 2021. He completed his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science in 2015. Dr. Summerhays specializes in ocular disease and pediatric eye care. His favorite part of optometry is making a difference in his patients' lives through vision and ocular health care. In his free time, Dr. Summerhays enjoys spending time with his wife and their three young children, as well as running, hiking, and various sports.

Highly recommend. I'm over 60 and can honestly say I've never had a more thorough or professional eye exam. They have great technology and for a slight (optional) upcharge, they can assess your eye health without having to dilate your eyes. Yay, no weird sunglass wearing for hours afterwards. Thorough. And in their eyeglass sales area, the help was wonderful and not pushy. Got the sense they truly wanted me to be happy and not just make a sale. Rare. Highly recommend!
