“I was greeted warmly by the front desk person, First impression, A+. We hit it off. Shared stories while I waited, very short time, a person that helps with the prescriptions and selecting eye wear took time to chat.
Then I met with Dr. Puneet Harisinghani, OD, same first, impression. Personable easy to work with. They, walked me through the procedures like silk. All questions/request were addressed expertly, kindly, respectfully. No rush.Their equipment was impressive too, this will save me routine appointment with my Ophthalmologist.
The next person I worked with for prescription, pricing, with the utmost kindness, expertly–great sense of humor, A+ too!
The person that made my yearly exam appointment, just as amazing, and I had to pay them money… happily, I did!

About Dr. Puneet Harisinghani
Dr. Harisinghani is Boston local and a graduate of the New England College of Optometry. He brings valuable experience from both a multidisciplinary OD/MD clinic and a corporate optometry setting. His expertise includes treating ocular diseases such as macular degeneration, glaucoma, and dry eye, fitting specialty contact lenses, and providing routine care with both glasses and contacts.
Originally from Lexington, MA, Dr. Harisinghani is passionate about making every patient feel heard and cared for. His philosophy is simple: no patient should ever leave unhappy.

Dr. Harisinghani is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He has a great bedside manner and communicates throughout the exam process so you know what is happening. I suffer from dry eye, and he took pictures of my eyelid oil glands to have in my file and shared at-home as well as in-office treatments to mitigate my symptoms. He was very understanding of my concerns and even answered my email with follow-up questions quickly.
