Great doctor. Friendly, extremely thorough and explained everything so I could understand it.
Verified patient
Efficient but could be a little more personal and take a little more time to explain things.
Dr Ruffy referred me to a specialist and I was very impressed with his knowledge and kindness.
Verified patient

Verified patient
Very professional, easy to talk to and explained my condition in easy to understand terms.
I have been very happy with Dr. Ruffy and have recommended him to others.
Dr Ruffy spent more time writing in his computer then facing me. He was abrupt and seemed in a hurry. In fact, I asked him to please slowdown in sharing the information he was giving me. I would have had more personal care with an undertaker then with him.

Horrible waited 2 hours. Had a test done that took about 20 minutes. Then shuffled me off to another waiting room where I waited for over an hour. Then called me to wait for the doctor which I again waited. Doctor finally came in hardly understood what he was saying he spoke so fast. Put drops in my eyes then left again. Again I waited. He finally came back in performed a test and was rude and in a hurry because other patients had been waiting for hours! I would never refer anyone I know there. What a horrible experience and what a rude Doctor. When I asked why is the wait so long he told me go ask the front desk and that they didn't have enough doctors. Well, if thats the case tell the front desk NOT to book so many patients. I am not one to complain but was livid and not only the waiting but the Doctors attitude!!!!! I will be going elsewhere for my yearly visit. Don't waste your time folks unless you have hours to sit there.

The entire staff was friendly and personable. Everything was explained and I was given the opportunity to ask questions many times. The doctor was wonderful as well. The wait was longer than expected, however, the entire appointment took over two hours. I guess the word is out because the office was super busy.

It was a great experience!

Dr Ruffy is a great Dr. You have to listen carefully bcuz he talks fast. He has no problem with backing up and explaining what he would be saying. Ask questions if you don't understand. I did have a problem with the business aspect of Crystal Run Health Care service. The computers were acting up so I was told I wouldn't be able to get a Dr's summary printout for the visit and if I couldn't get it that day, I wouldn't be able to get it at all thereafter. That to me is unacceptable. Yaay for Dr Ruffy, Boo ???? for the service at the facility. But yes, Id recommended Dr Ruffy.

Love how thorough Dr. Ramon is! He’s a big believer in starting with basics before hitting the big guns and explains everything as he goes. Thank you!

He rushed, didnt make eye contact, rushing through he was barely listened to what I was saying. I clearly still have a lump on my eye, I cant see out of it clearly -it goes blurry then clear all day long, it hurts and he told me it was from dry eyes when I am just getting over an eye infection that had my eye swollen shut. Told me "it isnt going to kill you, go to work" to which I went today and my eye is now killing me, have a headache and nauseous! He was correct though, I didnt die!
Great doctor
