Great Doctor. Very thorough and detailed Consultation/Testing. Very satisfied with the specialist and will continue to get diagnostic/ treatment with this doctor. Not happy with the front desk/check-in staff , though. I was told that my Insurance (Medicare) was expired. Any medical/billing professional should know that medicare never expires unless terminated upon request! But she was insistent that it is expired and continued to argue instead of checking it correctly! I had to call my PCP and made her speak to their billing office but she was still not satisfied. After I spent another 20 minutes holding the phone for Medicare Customer Service to confirm the eligibility, they said "okay you're good, we have checked with insurance", something they should have done before, without giving me the unneeded stress. I understand that mistakes and confusions happen but it was the attitude of the front desk personnel that really threw me off. My advise to the doctor and office management is to hire competent staff with professional attitude to prevent such occurrences in future.
