Friendly staff, clean office, short wait. Dr: Valthaty was wonderful. Approachable, kind, patient, listened, answered all questions, helped with my concerns. I am very comfortable with both her and Dr. Van Horn. Great office!

Dr. Valthaty was good- patient and kind and answered all of my questions. But it is the office in general that I would not recommend, and it is the reason I will not be returning. The office does not have lab services in-house and is not set up to offer many basic gynecological services. Also- it is almost impossible to speak to someone on the phone. I got a call this morning saying my test results were ready, and have called back 4 times since and left two messages in an attempt to talk to a person. No luck, only automated prompts and answering machines.
