Dr. Dutt graduated magna cum laude from Kent State University in 1981, then proceeded to the prestigious Case Western Reserve Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio and received her M.D. degree in 1985. She then did an internship at The Cleveland Clinic and residences at University Hospital of Cleveland and UTMB at Texas. Dr. Dutt received her board certification while completing two fellowships: Glaucoma at Cornell and Cornea and Refractive Surgery at Tulane Medical Center.

Appt made for a day they ended up being closed - waste!Day of next appt- I was early- Dutt and staff were just hanging around- I could’ve had my Botox by then and done … but no sense of respect or urgency to help patients. Get taken to a room to ice for 30 MINUTES… get taken back and had the Xeomin- said I didn’t want or need a stress ball- told i HAD to take it. I set it down when given it. Upon leaving- price was more than it should’ve been- no discount for cash which they used to do. Given attitude by Dutt about it also- talking to me like I’m a toddler- I’m a professional adult in the medical profession and her bedside manner, attitude with her tone of voice and the way she speaks to her staff- I truly feel bad for them. I was embarrassed for them- to also be a young adult and treated like a child is insulting. Comments from Dutt too as she walked away interrupting me when I mentioned using my deposit for the last time (aka not coming back)”yeah yeah thanks, bye!” Don’t go here!

Made an appt and lo and behold the office was closed!!! No notification was given- if the office is closed- then you shouldn’t be able to make appts for that day. Total waste of time and money for gas back and forth, tolls, etc.

Provider was rude and unpleasant and there was a long wait. The support staff was friendly and helpful but otherwise the visit was terrible!

Receptionist was very welcoming and on top of everything. The doctor was very very helpful.. I have diagnosed kerateconus and can barely see out of my left eye. I have been putting off getting it taken care of for years, so was nervous about going. Dr. Dutt was very kind and very knowledgeable. She helped me make a plan to see a specialist and take the next steps to get treatment. I highly recommended!
