I booked with Dr. Lingua. When I arrived at 9am they seemed surprised to see me. He doesn’t arrive until 1pm. I waited for the next doctor who ran 30 minutes late. The next apt was a follow up, she was late 26 minutes this time. I wanted the sty drained, she advised she legally cannot do that as she is an optometrist and not and ophthalmologist. Now I’m trying to book a third visit and I can’t get through to the office for the third day now. Obviously, not going back here.

The office didn't know about my appointment. I booked an appointment with an ophthalmologist. When I arrived, I was told he isn't in until later that day. They had me see an optometrist instead which is not the reason I went.

I arrived to the doctors office and they had no clue about the appointment. They tried to accommodate me regardless, but there were a few others in the same situation so the office was packed. Next availability its in a month.

The doctor is very friendly and patient. He gives great advice and has a good manner about him. I have an issue with booking on Zocdoc. The doctor's office didn't know about the appointment, but they quickly accomodated me.
