About Dr. Robert Oberbreckling
Dr. Oberbreckling graduated with his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee before earning his Doctor of Optometry from the University of California, Berkeley. He has been practicing optometry for 20 years and has been with Abba Eye Care since 2016. He originally wanted to be an optometrist because he was very nearsighted. Dr. Oberbreckling enjoys working in optometry because it is challenging and allows him to help people see.

First off, the office was clean and well organized. the staff wulcomes you and is very pleasant in their demeanor. the wait was short and gave me an opportunity to look at the glasses. The intake person that got me started was professional and got to things straight away. The optometrist came in half way and finished that part. He went through my records and after a couple questions started the exam. After he spoke about my exam and made a referral. The person that assisted in my glasses showed all the options. Over all it was fast and professional. I recommend this office highly.

I am from out of state and suffered a traumatic brain injury that caused me to have double vision. After I booked online, they called to confirm the appointment and sent the patient registration form. When I arrived, the doctor told me I needed to see an ophthalmologist rather than an optometrist. He had his staff use my appointment time to send referrals to be seen as soon as possible and they got me a next-day appointment at the Vision Institute. I have never received this quality of medical care in my home state. Highly recommend this office!

Cool place, very clean, and a large selection of glasses to pick from. Everyone was friendly and had smiles on their faces. The eye Doctor was funny too, plus real good at his job. Didn't take him long at all to find the script my needed.
