About Dr. Robert Schindler

Robert Schindler, O.D., received his Doctor of Optometry from Nova Southeastern University in May 2024, after earning his Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Florida State University in 2012. Dr. Schindler has a strong background in ocular disease, having completed clinical rotations at the VA of Viera and The Eye Institute. His interest in optometry was sparked by frequent eye appointments throughout his childhood, giving him a personal understanding of the patient experience. Dr. Schindler finds great fulfillment in providing almost immediate solutions to eye issues, helping patients achieve clearer, healthier vision. Outside of the office, Dr. Schindler enjoys spending time at the pool and beach. He enjoys staying active by playing tennis.
