“Dr. Werthheimer was a pleasure. Very thorough, nice affect, asked pertinent questions and listened well. Felt unhurried and completely focused on me. Told me about one condition I have that I had never been told about, and what to watch out for (symptoms). Assured me that everything else is A-OK. Very good doctor, very assured w/out being condescending. Definitely recommend. Office staff is a bit older and seemed uncomfortable with ZocDoc electronic submission(s) - they were confused when I said ZocDoc had sent the paperwork electronically, but eventually sorted it out. Nice people; clearly not conversant w/ retrieving electronic docs. Waited just over :30 to get into the assistant's office (who checked my prescription and eyes), and then about another :10 waiting in Dr.'s room. Wish the wait time had been less, however, would still recommend based on Dr. Wertheimer's professionalism, his demeanor, and unhurried approach to being thorough in his examination.”
