Dr Cox was able to identify what medication I was allergic to. It was rather difficult to get call backs from office staff when we were arranging details for the appointment but in the end, with persistence, I got the information I needed. Dr Cox was polite and ensured I was comfortable during the testing process. He checked on in between every test.
I really appreciated how Dr.Cox listened to my concerns and didn't dismiss any of my comments. The staff was also very friendly and thoughtful. I had never been to an allergist before and was impressed at how smooth and thorough the process was.
Dr. Cox & his entire staff were very professional. The Doctor spent considerable time discussing my options. I think he may be able to help me . I am excited about finally finding solution! Ann B.
Very friendly staff, the appointment started on time, and Dr. Cox is a fantastic a doctor! Highly recommend him and look forward to my next visit.
He and his staff took time to talk about symptoms my son was having and possible causes & explain the testing process step by step
The rice is run very efficiently. They were prompt and courteous. Dr. Cox and his staff take the time to explain procedures and options to you.
Dr. Cox and his staff are professional, efficient, and kind. I have been receiving first class service. Thank you!
My first visit with Dr. Cox was very pleasant. I wasn't able to get the skin test done since I had taken allergy medicine prior to my visit, but he still took time to do what he could to access my allergies. He really made sure my visit to him was worth it, and also worth coming back to. I look forward to seeing Dr. Cox in a couple weeks, not so much for the skin test, but just so he can help me and my struggling allergies.
I didn't really get the feeling he was listening to me or had very good explanations. He kind of rushed into the room and seemed busy so I didn't ask him all of the questions I meant to.
All my experiences with Dr. Cox and your office have been excellent.
great experience. made an appointment yesterday and was able to get in the next day at 10:15. i had to fill out a lot of paperwork beforehand but that is standard procedure for anyplace. after the paperwork was done, my appmt started immediately. dr. cox and the nurse did a great job and were very thorough. i feel better already.
Dr. Cox is very nice and attentive. He saw me right away and I was allergy tested the same day. I've been going back for allergy shots once to twice a week since. Very good doctor and nice office with many locations all over Austin.
I finally decided to see an allergist (last October), with cedar season imminent. I know many people who either receive allergy shots or drops and they are very happy with them. As for Dr. Cox, he is very friendly and professional. However, after 3 appointments and three co-pays, all I was given was advice -which I could easily find on the internet, (and inhalers, which I'm still not sure how relate to cedar pollen allergies). I was also asked numerous times to breath into a machine, which I didn't mind, until I received a bill in the mail for a mouthpiece. Really!? So now I have suffered through another cedar season...Thank goodness grocery stores have over the counter allergy medications....
Excellent, extremely knowledgeable, listens and very helpful overall!
I thought he was very personable and really took the time to explain things to my son and I. I especially like that he addressed me son during most of the visit, which helped my son feel more in control of the situation. I would definitely recommend Dr. Cox to others!
Good very informative
Nice guy, and found the right solution to help me with a chronic problem I was having. I had seen a different doctor prior to him and wasn't getting better, but I left Dr. Cox office being able to breath better than when I came up. The inhaler I was prescribed fixed my breathing problem.
Great and very nice
Excellent patient care by Dr. Cox and all of his staff.
He answered all our questions with explanations that were easy to understand. He helped us make sense of all the disparate information we had gathered prior to the appointment. We left feeling confident -- not only in our knowledge of the issues but in the approach we were taking.
Asks the questions necessary to truly understand what is going on. Staff is very thorough to make sure that they are aware of all medications.
Very quick, professional, courteous, friendly, helpful.
