What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is relationship-centered, helping clients feel connected, accepted, and capable of managing the demands and changes in their lives. I utilize an integrative therapeutic approach, allowing me to personalize treatment to each person’s unique mental, physical, and emotional needs.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our initial session, we’ll take the time to get to know one another and talk about what brought you to therapy. There’s no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with as we begin to build trust in our working relationship. Together, we’ll begin to outline some general goals for therapy, and I’ll answer any questions you may have.
