Doctor Naik was rude and cut me off multiple times. I felt completely invalidated and rushed. I found her to be very cold and not compassionate. I left the appointment feeling very discouraged and hopeless about my allergies. I will not be seeing her again.

Mount Sinai - Delancey and Dr. Naik were great! Super quick and easy sign in, and I was seen by the doctor within 10 minutes of being brought back to the patient room. Dr. Naik was able to address my concerns and come up with a plan of action for me moving forward. She was also able to answer any questions I had and let me know that I could reach out via MyChart if any other questions come up.

Love Dr. Naik! Very thorough, asks a ton of questions and leaves plenty of room for me to ask my own. She explains everything at the normal-person level, which I very much appreciate since I'm (obviously) not a doctor myself, and she's never condescending or frustrated when I ask for clarification or voice concerns. My favorite doctor I see by far, I feel heard and understood during my appointments, and she takes the extra step to follow up when it's necessary.

She prescribed inhalers that were not covered by my insurance. She told me to ask the pharmacist to change to the ones that are covered. But you know what I can’t! I only can get what she prescribed. So yeah I ended up buying another over-the-counter inhaler.

Dr. Naik was helpful and incredibly nice. However, her office never told me beforehand that there was an indefinite wait to begin allergy shots. I was able to make an appointment for allergy testing, get the tests done at the office, got the results only to be told that they had ZERO availability to start shots any time in the near future. What was the point of letting me get the tests in the first place? Oh and I received a substantial bill for the tests, which led nowhere.
