In 2013, he earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from Salus University, Pennsylvania College of Optometry. He then completed a residency at the Woolfson Eye Institute in Atlanta, where he worked alongside expert ocular disease specialists. Dr. Montgomery is married to Erica Frederick and has two sons. He enjoys fishing, woodworking, cooking, outdoor activities, and spending time with his wife, family, and friends.

For a guy who doesn’t enjoy Doctors visits, the atmosphere from the time that you walk in is sooooo inviting, tranquil, beautifully decorated and relaxing!!! The nurses had me laughing so hard that I actually forgot that I wasn’t feeling well???????????????

This was my first visit here and it was a great experiences. The environment was clean and inviting. The staff were all helpful, informative and courteous. Once Dr. Montgomery came in he was also friendly, thorough with the exam and took time to explain details and answer our questions. He even has a sense of humor which is great for customer service. I would give this office 5 stars and highly recommend them.

I’ve been to many eye doctors, my visit at Griffin Eyecare is by far the best. Dr. Montgomery's attention to detail and patient care are top-notch. The entire staff made my visit pleasant and stress-free. I’ll definitely be back next year!

I had a fantastic experience at Griffin Eyecare! Dr. Ross Montgomery is incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel completely at ease during my exam. The staff is friendly and efficient, and I left with a perfect pair of glasses. Highly recommend!
