“After many years of searching I finally found optometrist that I have high confidence, competencies, modern amenities, and a fantastic staff! It was easy to book my appointment online through Zocdoc. I received follow up texts to remind me of my appointment. When I arrived, I was seen immediately. I was very impressed with the beautiful office design, up to date equipment and modern amenities. The staff was beyond amazing! They answered all my questions and then some. After a brief conversation, I went in for my exam and came out to find a personalized selection of frames ready to try on! I still wanted to look at a few other frames and was encouraged to do so without feeling rushed. I felt like I had a personal shopper with me to give me honest feedback on every frame I tried on.
Overall, I was very comfortable there, felt well taken care of, and am confident with the high level of competency of everyone in the office. I highly recommend Dr Sayad and the entire iDoctor team!!”

While the staff and everything else was a great experience, the lack of specific options for lenses would steer me away from returning after i get this pair of glasses. Not to mention it seemed like half of their stock were by brands that also make overpriced purses like gucci. I am not one to care of brand but looks so to see a place with so many purse glasses makes me think one thing, $$$ expensive. There is also no way in heck i'll wear ray bahns (sp.?), gucci, or the like unless they make indestructible frames. So i did end up with an overpriced pair with all the bells and whistles(i thought) and then came the other options not included with options previously given, do i want to spend another rough bill for transitions? Normally yes, but for a rough bill nope!
TLDR: Pros: quick and helpful staff
Cons: Frames overpriced and seem to steer way too much towards the designer styles. Gucci, ray bahn, might as well have a set gold plated. Transitions not included with expensive options.

Overall a good experience. The pre-tests before I saw the doctor, were quite comprehensive. Staff was courteous. Would have liked a shorter wait time considering there wasn't anyone else before we showed up for our appointment. Doctor was friendly, communicated clearly and helped me understand the overall health of my eyes.

Overall very impressed with both this eye doctor and the location. The staff was both knowledgable and friendly, as well as quite efficient in moving patients through the process. The doctor clearly listened to my concerns, expertly evaluated my needs, and offered me a solution that I hadn't anticipated, that ended up being exactly what was necessary to solve my problem. Their pricing is great, doctor and staff are awesome, you really can't go wrong with this location for all of your eye care needs.

Very friendly staff and Doctor Sayed was very sympathetic to my eye problems and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. She prescribed medication along with what else I could do to remedy the issue I was having with my eyes.
