About Dr. Samir Nazam

Dr. Nazam earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Aleppo Faculty of Medicine. He completed internships at Aleppo University Hospital and New Hanover Memorial Hospital. His post-graduate training includes a residency in General Surgery at Washington Hospital Center in Washington D.C., where he also trained in emergency medicine. In 1991, Dr. Nazam became the medical director of Chantilly Medical Center, where he has been practicing as a primary care provider for nearly 30 years.
Additionally, he is a member of the American Society of Obesity Medicine and has been practicing obesity medicine for the last 13 years. He continues to expand his expertise and the services he provides, now offering FUE Hair Transplant procedures after completing training at St. Louis University.
Dr. Nazam takes the time to get to know his patients and makes it a top priority to ensure each person receives comfortable, compassionate care at every visit. Fluent in Arabic and English, he is able to communicate with and treat a wide range of patients from diverse backgrounds.

I wasn’t given the opportunity to know if a service or treatment would be covered by insurance. I was told the minor procedure would be needed to treat ear infection. I wasn’t told until after I left via phone call that owe X amount of dollars. This was poorly managed and if insurance won’t cover, why was it not properly communicated is confusing. I hope they waive this fee bc I may not

Really great experience. Dr. Samir was so friendly and professional a change from what I’m usually used to, where you felt rushed and aren’t greeted with a smile. We did have to wait a bit but nothing crazy and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend!

They are very negligent . I went there for severe back pain the dr prescribed some medication . But they never sent the prescription to the pharmacy. They close early at 1 pm and don’t have an after hours line.

I was not seen by the Doctor I was scheduled to see, instead I was seen by a NP. I was not notified about this until when I was asked to pay my co-pay at the doctor’s office. Additionally I waited for over 50 mins only to be informed that I would have to be rescheduled in order for the procedure to be performed, and the receptionist should have informed me of that during check in.
