Samuel Dresner, MD is a Glaucoma specialist and comprehensive ophthalmologist who has joined Loh Ophthalmology Associates. Dr. Dresner is passionate about the medical and surgical management of glaucoma. He also focuses on cataract surgery and comprehensive eye care.
Dr. Dresner graduated Phi Beta Kappa and summa cum laude in Economics from Princeton University and residency training at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH, where he served as surgical chief resident his final year. A South Florida native, Dr. Dresner returned home after 12 years away to complete his Glaucoma fellowship at the renowned Bascom Palmer Eye Institute.
Outside of work, Dr. Dresner is an avid sports fan and enjoys family time, especially swimming with his two-year-old daughter.

I had to wait for a bit more than 1 hour to be seen by an assistant or a nurse (didn’t even introduce herself) and then had to wait another 30 minutes to be seen by the doctor. In total I was at the location for 2 hours! It’s incredible that with the technology available they do not notify patients they have a delay nor apologize to us that were waiting there.

the doctor himself was excellent, professional, smart, careful, considerate, etc.. the office staff made a mess of everything, so much I would never go back even if I had an ice pick jammed in my eye and everyone else was closed.. a promised appt. for 2 hours after I made the appt( and I passed up 2 more options that could have been earlier just to go to this doctor), then a last second cencellation, and then a promised for sure on time appt. 105 minutes later, which I went early to get all the registration papers done early, just to wait another 45 minutes after my second promised on time appt because the office was full of patients that needed to be seen before me.then my turn, then no change to pay my bill upon discharge. And the one girl there said no worries, we can bill you or you can pay on your re-visit(friday appt/monday revisit). then to have some girl call me twice early monday am saying the bill had to be payed like now, or my cash deduction will not be honored.. total BS
