I am a board-certified family medicine physician with more than 20 years of experience providing comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages. Building long-term relationships with my patients is central to how I practice medicine. I believe that partnering with individuals and families through preventive care, patient education and collaborative decision-making is the foundation of lasting health. My approach is attentive and compassionate, and I take the time to truly listen and understand each person's unique healthcare needs and wellness goals. In addition to my clinical work, I served as a faculty member in a family medicine residency program for 11 years, contributing to the education and mentorship of future physicians. That experience deepened my commitment to excellence in medicine and reinforced the importance of thoughtful, evidence-based care. Outside of medicine, I enjoy playing music and spending quality time with my family.
