When I tell you she checked every nook and cranny of my eyes and listened to all my concerns. Afterwords, she wrote down some things she suspected that I suspected too! And referred me to an ophthalmologist she trusts . I legit straight cried. She was so confused ???? I explained that I knew something was wrong and that no one had been listening for so long so the tears were happy tears. I told her she mattered. You will not regret booking with her

Excellent! When I go to the doctor I want to be completely informed of everything as well as educated on what ever it is I do not understand! Dr. Lloyd did that for me and I was very happy! Ann was very helpful & tightened my glasses for me because they kept sliding down when I wear them. Best experience at an Optometrist ever! Thank you!

Very professional staff. The office was decorated beautifully. The atmosphere was calming. The doctor was amazing. Very thorough. She explained everything in layman's terms, she made everything easy to understand. I did not feel rushed or pressured to purchase new frames or any service. I will definitely share my experience with my friends and family!

I was treated as if it weren't my first time there. The receptionist wad extremely nice as well as the doctor. The doctor knew what she was doing! Didn't force me to get anything unnecessary as most doctors do! Everything was extremely professional. The office was extremely neat and clean! Would recommend it 100% to everyone.
