“The office was very clean and the front desk staff was nice. Everything was perfect up until I did the ultrasound. The technician had horrible bedside manners and told me I have fibroids and then couldn’t even explain it to me. She also just stood there while I was getting dressed. Didn’t like this part of my visit at all!! The doctor, however, was great. She listened to all of my concerns and answered all my questions. ”

Had two follow up telehealth appointments scheduled that the doctor just ignored. Absolutely disappeared after first visit though I need follow up care. Completely unprofessional and would never return, this doctor does not care about her patients.

Sarah Williams and her nurses are incredible. I am 21 and it was my first pap smear and they could not have made me feel more comfortable and cared for. I highly recommend this office if you’re looking for an OBGYN

I would not recommend going here. It’s just a chaotic office and when you want to go to the gynecologist, this is just not the right environment for it. I wanted to see the doctor because the doctor herself had good reviews but again it just was not a great experience. People are going there for their primary care doctors to see an ENT or get their teeth cleaned. Lastly, I felt very badly but the nurse just couldn’t draw blood. I ended up leaving mid blood draw

My experience with Dr.Sarah Williams was wonderful. She is all that I felt she would be from her picture and her reviews. She was warm, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. She made me feel comfortable during the entire examination which was quick and efficient. I already recommended her to my sister and do not hesitate to recommend her to the public. Fabulous! Fabulous! Fabulous! I am so glad my instincts about her were correct. She's great!!

The office staff was unprofessional by being rude about patients openly at the front desk and rude directly to me. That’s fine, but I do appreciate at least direct acknowledgement when I’m trying to check in for my appointment. The doctor’s assistant told me how understaffed they were and how she was pushed past her capacities while she was taking my blood and then kept asking me if she was doing a good job (which I didn’t feel capable to fully answer in that moment).
In my opinion, gyn appointments should include clear and kind informing of what’s happening during the appointment, checking in before and during the actual checkup, as well as ongoing consent. This didn’t happen and the appointment was rushed. The doctor was kind but I didn’t feel like there was any care for my comfort. It didn’t feel good that the PA who was rude to me was also performing the appointment.
Also, I wasn’t sure if they even knew I was waiting in the room for a while. Felt like the DMV.

Dr. Williams was great as was the nurse who prepped me. The front office was a bit of a mess. A lot of people in waiting room. One of the front desk workers gave me someone else’s insurance card by accident… but the facility houses several different specialists so it is somewhat understandable. And I was running a little late and still did not have to wait long to see Dr. Williams. Overall good experience and I’m grateful to have found a Gyno on the west side of Manhattan who’s not too far away from the ferry. I’m actually shocked there aren’t more doctor offices on 11th and the far west side below 59th St.
