“I arrived 1 minute after my appointment time yet the staff were accommodating and relaxed (also relaxing.) Exams also were relaxed yet professional. Dr. Thoreby paid attention to the nature of his work as well as any input I offered. Not only this, but the doctor and the staff were *helpful*, reminding me to pick up my jacket and such. I would recommend this location to almost anyone, depending just on whether they would mind hearing rock music from the establishment across the mall’s main avenue.”

“It was a great experience. Dr. Thoreby is an excellent clinician and a friendly person. He took the time to answer questions I had about my possible condition and did not make me feel rushed. He identified an issue that a different practice had noticed but ignored--it's now worse and I'm glad Dr. Thoreby flagged it before it got any worse.
In addition, the office did not push pricey add-ons and took no for an answer with no further nudging or convincing. I really appreciate this as I've had to deal with it in the past.”

About Dr. Sean Thoreby
Dr. Thoreby has been in practice since 2015 and prides himself on helping patients maximize their vision to get the most out of life. He has lived in the Seattle area nearly his whole life. After growing up in Bellevue, he attended the University of Washington, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communication. He then obtained his Doctor of Optometry degree from Pacific Lutheran University. He is a big Mariners, Seahawks, and Huskies football and basketball fan. In addition to following his favorite teams, he enjoys playing softball, playing board games, and spending time with his wife, Sherry, his daughters, Sophia and Serena, and their Golden Retriever, Butters.
