Board certified in Allergy, Immunology, Rheumatology and Internal Medicine, Dr. Serge De Golovine has been practicing Allergy and Immunology at our clinic since February 2012. He received his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina and completed his residency training in Internal Medicine and fellowship training in Allergy, Immunology and Rheumatology at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. While working as Chief Fellow, he received multiple awards for his basic science research in asthma treatments. He is currently an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine where he is active in giving lectures to students and residents, as well as training Allergy Immunology fellows to become future allergists.
After years of suffering from allergies, he has learned to understand his patients on a personal level allowing him to build a close relationship with them. He enjoys treating asthma, allergic rhinitis, and food allergies. He is fluent in Spanish, Russian, French, and German as well as English.

Dr. Serge was so friendly and seemed to truly care about my reason for being there. He seems to want to find out the reason causing my reactions as much as I do, which makes a concerned patient feel that they are where they are suppose to be and it the right hands. All of the other staff seemed to have care for the patients as well. Very pleased

I was so impressed with his ease of communicating to me about
what we are dealing with. I like how he made me feel like was contributing to he process and that made me more comfortable. Dr.
Golovine's nurses were excellent and even though they beat with a paddle with nails and stuck my arms with needles they were both excellent. I also notice that the receptionist was very helpful and understanding ..She was great!

Dr. De Golovine is fantastic!! He quickly made a plan for my issue and thoroughly described his thought process and reasoning for me. He reassured me that everything would be okay. I highly recommend him. All of his staff was excellent as well--his nurse was very reassuring. The phlebotomist is also excellent--I barely felt at thing. She also distracted me the whole time she took my labs and it was over before I know it.
