“This was a great office experience, with a caring, patient doctor and staff who coordinated our visit well and communicated effectively with my special needs brother and older mom, in both English and Spanish as relevant. Their exam equipment seems to be more modern than what I've seen at even boutique opticians with bougier marketing - a pleasant surprise. Their selection of glasses was varied at multiple price points, though a much smaller a selection at the low end. Even though ZocDoc indicated that this provider accepts Medicaid, they actually don't unless it's through a third party provider - they don't take Medicaid directly, so there was a notable out-of-pocket expense for what exceeded our primary coverage. We were well-informed about this prior to the appointment day, however, and therefore prepared. Thanks to their wide selection at reasonable prices, we found some better-than-usual affordable options. Parking was easy.”
