“Went there day before to verify if my appointment was confirmed in their system. The staff wasn’t sure so they looked me up then confirmed that my wife and I had appointments the following day. The person assisting me pawned me off to another staff member, who was trying to verify everything until a friend walked in with a baby and the staff member told me to wait for a minute while she went to look at the baby. So I figured if that was the kind of care/service I was receiving at the front desk then we would probably would not get satisfactory care/service when we returned for our appointment, so I canceled both appointments and will find elsewhere to have eye exams conducted ”
