Had my co-pay ready. I was seen on time! Dr. Levack was the sweetest. Super full of life and bubbly and so incredibly kind! What was also nice is she prescribed what was needed and did not suggest things just for "money sake". As a new patient, I would suggest this practice and the great part is they are inside of a Lens Crafters so i was able to order my glasses right after the appointment. I truly appreciate Dr. Levack, her team, and the lens crafter team for all of their help today!”

Dr. Sheri Levack is a native of Portage, Indiana. She earned her Bachelor's degree in biology from IUPUI, where she also received academic all-conference honors for soccer and became the all-time career assist leader for the Lady Jaguars. Dr. Levack earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from Indiana University School of Optometry. She has a special interest in medical optometry and the management of contact lens patients.
