About Dr. Shruti Desai
Being a dedicated optometrist, Dr. Shruti Desai welcomes patients with eye infections, dry eye, allergic eye problems, styes, flashers and floaters, eyelid issues, vision problems, eye trauma, and vision loss.

The entire office is run very well. Each person does their job so efficiently that it doesn't feel like there is much waiting at all. The whole process is very streamlined, very impressive. The doctor was exceptionally knowledgeable. She took her time explaining everything, answering questions and really listened to me, something that is becoming rare in the medical industry. I had an overall excellent experience.

I had been experiencing some eye pain in very bright conditions so I made an appointment to have my eyes checked.
I booked an appointment with less than 48 hours and they could not have been more helpful. I appreciated how clean and well organized everything was. I waited less than 3 minutes to be taken back for my first test, which thrilled me. Every machine I was tested with was spotlessly clean and smelled of a fresh sanitizer and not the 500 pound truck driver smell I've at times encountered at other establishments.
I honestly and quite simply cannot recommend this store more highly. Several times, they asked if I had brought my current glasses and I apologized that I had not. Thinking I had made a mistake, she quickly corrected me by informing me that they didn't need them, but they wanted to clean and adjust them for me for free while I was being tested. Again, stunned!
Even though they did dilate my pupils, there was no effect on my eyes and I had no need of sunglasses!

The most thorough optical exam I have had. I had two assistants see me also. Both made me feel comfortable and had knowledge to share with me. Optician over the top informative and friendly. I am sorry, but I did not catch her name. The optician seated to the side of her, heard a customer was in need of help and went over to him without having to be asked. The entire office staff was accommodating.
