Staff was great. I went during corona virus and they used all precautions. I needed to wait on my car until the room was clean and ready for me. The only people I came in contact with was staff members and the doctor. Masks and gloves were worn and made me feel better. The care I received was great

Ridiculous wait time. I waited 45 min to be seen and had to wait the entire process after that. I didn’t leave the office after 2 hours long and nothing came from it. I was negative for the allergy test. I’ve been having a bad reaction to food, just wanted to make sure I covered all areas of reasoning. It should of NEVER took this long. The office is unorganized, slow, and horrible time management skills.

I filled out the questionnaire on-line and was asked to fill out another when I arrived. I thought the purpose of doing so on line was to eliminate doing it in the office. Other than that the receptionists and nurse were friendly and courteous with a good sense of humor.
The doctor knew her stuff, asked pertinent questions and paid attention to information that I provided. I have a follow-up appointment and would certainly recommend her to others.

the doctor was warm and welcoming and professional in her assessment questions. she took time to listen and responded to any questions asked. she offered follow-up visits if I needed and suggested further investigation of my ailment once I had completed my medications. I felt very comfortable and comforted by her and look forward to seeing her again, as she diagnosed my allergies to various plants that have yet to bloom and may cause me misery later this season. I would recommend her to my neighbors and friends without hesitation.

SOme patients like to have more explanations, what's going on and what are the procedures. Old-fashopned way, when the doctor was the GOD and the patient were mere mortal, is long gone. Some patients like to have all informations about tests, meds, prognosis, etc. Full control, in other words.

Dr. Radinsky was very thorough. She asked questions pertinent to the diagnosis, completed a test, and prescribed medication with the option of returning after two days if the symptoms persist. It must be said, that it has worked remarkably well.
