“Dr. Graf is a great neurologist. She answered all of my questions. I arrived about half an hour early and was seen within 5 minutes of checking in. The front office staff had a lot of sidebar conversations and were on their cell phones, but other than that, I had a great experience. I will see Dr. Graf again if I ever need to see a neurologist for something.”

Felt unseen and unheard by the doctor, like she did not care to help with my issues at all. They also rescheduled my appointment at the last minute the night before, very unorganized.

Unfortunately it didn’t feel as though this doctor had any time to talk to me at all and the appointment felt rushed. I left with no questions I had answered. I even felt sort of stupid I spent so much on the appointment in the first place.

My father and I went in to see Dr. Graf for my father's recent symptoms. She was very attentive, she asked lots of questions and was really thorough. She went through his medical records and brought many things up to me that I wasn't even aware of. I felt like all my concerns were met. I definitely would recommend her to anyone else who is looking for a Neurologist.

She seemed like she wanted to rush out of appointment as though she had better things to do-rapid fire questions and just not an overall good vibe. She was polite but it felt forced. She almost made it seem like she didn't know why I book an appointment at all like I am totally fine and it was a waste of her time. Most likely won't be back. Front staff was giving: they don't really like their jobs, only there for paycheck- food at the desk. It was clean and barely no wait. I was seen almost instantly.
